Mobile Service Travel Zones
Your zone determines the travel fee for my mobile Notary service:
Standard Zone
$35Spokane city center and nearby areas
Local Zone
$55Spokane suburbs and nearby communities
Extended Zone
$75Outer county areas - rural locations, distant communities
Out of Service Area
If your ZIP code doesn't start with 99 or is outside Spokane County, please call/text me at (509) 643-4648 for a custom quote. I may be able to accommodate nearby areas.
Virtual Notary (Remote Online Notarization)
Available for signers located anywhere - as long as you have a valid government-issued photo ID, I can notarize your documents remotely.
- First notarization: $35 (includes $25 electronic stamp & certificate + $10 platform fee)
- Each additional notarization in the same session: $15
- No travel fee applies to Virtual Notary appointments. Requires a device with a camera and microphone.
Apostille Services
Required for documents being used internationally. Apostille requests always include a mobile visit to notarize your documents before submission to the Washington Secretary of State.
- Notarization: $15 per signature ($10 for each additional beyond 3)
- WA Secretary of State Fee: $15 per document (required)
- Processing Fee: $25 (always included)
- Expedited Service: $100 (up to 10 docs) or $200 (11-20 docs) - required by state
- Regular Mail: $20 | Overnight Mail: $40
- Travel fee applies based on your zone (see Mobile Service Zones above).
Notarization & Additional Service Fees
In addition to the travel fee, the following charges apply based on the services you need:
Notarizations (Stamps)
- First 3 stamps: $15 each
- 4+ stamps: $10 each additional
Additional Services
- Witnesses: $50 each
- Printing: $0.25 per page
- Scanbacks: FREE
