What is Virtual Notary?

Virtual Notary — also known as Remote Online Notarization (RON) — lets you get documents notarized over a live, secure video call. No in-person meeting required. I verify your identity digitally, witness your signature on screen, and apply my official electronic notary seal.

The result is a legally valid, tamper-evident notarized document delivered to you digitally. Whether you need to notarize documents online from home, the office, or across the country, Virtual Notary makes it possible without scheduling an in-person appointment.
